Don’t have enough pumpkins after pumpkin festival? Wanna learn more about German cultures and everyday science while listening to a live, angelic performance from the awesome ‘Slavei’? Then come and celebrate one of the most well-known festivals in Germany, OKTOBERFEST!! There’ll be lots of awesome german music and FOOD. Be prepared to learn some german songs and have fun!!. Brought to you by German Hausand Science Hall.

This Saturday at 1 PM, party it up in the Fountain backyards daytime-style—at our October block party!

It’s not a two week festival like the real one in Germany, but we are dedicating the weekend to brezel and wurst :D

Saturday 2-5pm: Pretzel making

Sunday 2-5pm: Oktoberfest (grillin’ sausages and chillin’ with ppl. we may play mini games for merriment). Bring Your Own Plate to be green!

Dirndls and lederhosens welcome. If you would like to see some pictures of drunk, excited ppl dancing on the table (or want some more info on the fest), you can check this out.

German Haus will be hosting Oktoberfest. There will be home-cooked wurst, pretzels, sauerkraut, and various beverages… and we’ll be playing German music.
