It has come prematurely, folks. A wild Wescam has been spotted: a glorious Wesculture behemoth [or should we say Tentacruel? And on that note, who are you “Tentacruel 2014, female?!] feeding on crushes and shitting out awkwardness and the occasional night of sweaty nonsense.

At the time of this post, 2237 students are registered [that is one grandfucking majority of our student body], 18k+ crushes have been added, and 5722 matches have been made. I know you all have stories.

Second Annual Pokémon Battle Night

splashattackfb0Alienor Leon ’14 wants you to be the very best that no-one ever was. To catch them is your real test, and to train them is your cause:

It’s time for Wesabi’s Pokémon Battle Night!

This year we will be battling on Nintendo DSs using Pokémon Black and Pokémon White 2. While the mechanics and graphics will be from the latest generation, the rental Pokémon available to you will all be from 1st gen—in short, you’ll be using all your Kanto favorites! Battles will be displayed on a projector screen for everyone to watch, and between battles, just like last year, we will play funny/weird Pokémon youtube videos. We also encourage you to bring your own Pokémon games so you can battle your own Pokémon and trade.

This is a casual event, so feel free to stop by at any time this Friday! Refreshments will be served.

Time: 6 – 10 pm
Place: PAC 107
Cost: As free as health care at the PokéCenter.

It’s On: Pokemon Battle Night

Wesabi will be holding a pokemon battle night this Saturday!

We will be using an online battle simulator called Pokemon Online and Pokemon will be prepared for everyone to use. The battle tiers we will be Overused, Underused, and Little Cup. If you don’t have much experience or aren’t in touch with the newer generations of Pokemon, consider trying Little Cup, where you’ll be able to use all the cutest unevolved Pokemon.

Even if you aren’t into battling, consider coming to spectate. This will be running from the end of the dinner hours and into Late Night, so you can have dinner and a show!
