I know it’s rather unusual for the S&C to be closed for an entire week, so I wanted to briefly explain the situation. Our Chef Ryan Talbot, the one man behind the whole operation here at the S&C, is recovering from surgery and needs time to recuperate. His job as the head (and only) chef at the restaurant requires a lot of physical activity which he is unable to provide right now. We’re all very sorry for the inconvenience, and very bummed that we won’t be eating tomato, mozzarella, asparagus and ricotta flatbread for lunch.
