Enormous studios and fledgling animators alike push for- ward the boundaries of motion pictures one passion project at a time. Film Series: “George Kuchar’s Clean & Dirty Shorts”

A program of experimental films, 1959-1973. Approximately 42 min.

Curated from others’ work by the late Kuchar – an artist known for his earnest embrace of camp and DIY creativity – these six very short films reflect a love of the craft of filmmaking expressed through humorous uses of the medium and viscerally novel, stunning, and lurid imagery.

So, if you ever had the dream of being captured by the moving image or if you just wanna help out some awesome aspiring filmmakers come on over and show us whatchya got!
