Rho Ep Rush Info Sesh

So, you may have been there to throw down with Beta at Jock Jams or the Pirate Rave with AEPi this weekend, but what you may not know is that Wesleyan is also home to a newly founded sorority. Despite fanciful rumors about brothel laws in Connecticut and a bit of smack talking, Rho Epsilon Pi–an organization specific to Wesleyan–formed last Spring and will be holding our first Rush this semester.

Come to Allbritton 311 (Top Floor) this Wednesday at 8 p.m. to learn more about our fanny packs organization or our rushing process for this semester. And help us shape our sorority into an organization that our entire student body can take pride in at Wesleyan. Rho Epsilon Pi is open to any Wesleyan student who identifies as female.  See y’all ladies on Wednesday. If you’re interested, yet unable to attend, please e-mail Rebecca Markell ’14, rmarkell [at] wesleyan [dot] edu. And any disparaging comments can be directed here.

Date: Wednesday, Sept. 14th
Time:
8 to 9 p.m.

Introducing Wesleyan’s Rho Epsilon Pi

You might have thought that the buzz on campus about Greek Life began and ended with the Betagate. Samantha Pop ’11, Grace Zimmerman ’13, Lucy Finn ’14, and Melody Oliphant ’13 have decided to prove otherwise with the formation of a new sorority on campus, Rho Epsilon Pi. Now, your head may be spinning with the notion of fanciful tales of brothel laws in Connecticut and the like. But if you’re interested in participating in this group, or just curious about what a sorority at Wesleyan might look like, then join us this Thursday at 9 p.m. in Albritton 311 to find out more information! More info about the impetus behind this new sorority on campus after our crest and the jump!

  • Date: Thursday, March 24th
  • Time: 9 p.m.
  • Place: Albritton 311
