Come celebrate Sukkot with a harvest festival! Bring: instruments (guitars, ukeles, drums, pots and pans…), flashlights, blankets/sleeping bags, any other art supplies, friends (Jewish and non-Jewish welcome!). We will bring: apple pie from Lyman orchards (yay local seasonal food!), guitar and lots of fun/silly music (and our beautiful voices), more sleeping bags, finger paint!

An anonymous tip from Wesleyan’s Jewish Community:
I hope you will consider checking out Wesleyan’s award-winning Sukkah (a temporary shelter/hut built for the Jewish festival of Sukkot). Commissioned by the Wesleyan Jewish Community in 2008, the Sukkah was constructed by the students of Architecture Studio 2 and Professor Elijah Huge. The Sukkah is near the Art Library in the CFA and will be on site through Thursday, September 30th. Feel free to use the space to lounge and linger.
Sukkot events are happening all week, centered around the bamboo Sukkah at the top of Foss Hill, which was designed by the Architecture II class:
Sukkah Programming this Week!
Come sleep in the Sukkah and discover the hidden secrets of Sukkot. Secrets like food, singing, hanging out, and being cold. Next Thursday, 10/8, evening until morning, top of Foss Hill. Come for the long haul or just drop in as you walk home for the night…and again when you’re walking to class the next morning.
