Late Night Tea at the Sukkah

Join the Jewish community in a celebration of the holiday of Sukkot and the outdoors for Late Night Tea in the Sukkah on Monday night at 10pm. Take a break from midterms with some fresh air, good company,and warm beverages. Those who are interested can also sleepover in the Sukkah (super fun!). Please bring your own mug if you want tea!

Lindsey Grimes ’12 poses the question: ” Are you knackered from a long and rainy week?” Have you tried time and time again to be like the people above but cannot figure out how?

If so, she has a way to solve all your woes:

Toddle over to Alpha Delta Phi’s sitting room this Thursday evening for a bit of hot tea, a scone, and some rather good British comedy. Bring your own mug, if you please, and if you like, your best corset or English tweed. We’ll be showing a varied selection, so feel free to pop in and out.

Mid Autumn Festival Celebrations

Join the folks at Asian/Asian American House, Chinese House, Japanese Hall, Full House, Taiwanese Cultural Society, Hong Kong Students’ Association and Panda Club for a night of fun-filled activities and amazing food! Mid Autumn Festival is a traditional festival celebrated by many in Asia, and a key feature of the celebration is viewing the round moon and enjoying mooncakes. We will serve traditional (and delicious) mooncakes, Chinese tea, and delicious Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine! We will also host a lantern walk and a talk by Professor Xiaomiao Zhu of the Asian Languages and Literatures Department – all for free!

Food will be served first to those who present tickets, and then to other guests at the event.
