Want to take fitness classes? Want to try them for FREE?! Well, good news – WesBAM! is back and kicking off the semester with a week of free classes. Meet all of our awesome instructors and try any of our classes – whether it be Zumba, CardioKickboxing, Krav Maga, TurboKick, or one of our many yoga disciplines. All classes cater to beginners, and no prior experience or fitness level is required. Through synchronizing body movement with breath, power yoga facilitates increased physical vitality. Power Yoga strives to unite the body, mind and spirit and its many benefits include: increased muscle tone, weight loss, endurance, balance, agility, strength, increased energy, stress-relief and focus. This class will work both your body as well as your mind with a vigorous cardiovascular practice and integrated meditation. Vinyassa Power Yoga is perfect for students seeking a physical challenge as well as deep relaxation. This class is suitable for students at all levels of their yoga journey both beginning and advanced modifications will be offered. Come prepared to sweat!

Vinyassa Power Yoga is a WesWell class taught by Jessica Posner ’09. There are two sections, one on Sundays from 4:00-5:30 and another on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30. Sign up quickly, as this class will fill up!
